Avocado shakes are a staple Vietnamese shake. While avocados are generally paired with savory dishes here in the U.S., they are considered more a "dessert" ingredient in Viet Nam.
Following up on a photo I posted onto my Facebook page (follow me!) the other day, I decided to post a healthier version of the Avocado Shake. This shake is typically made with sweetened condensed milk. However, I swapped it out for honey to make it healthier, and it was still just as yummy. Hope you enjoy!
1 handful of ice cubes
1/2 cup of milk
1/3 cup of honey (adjust to taste)
1 avocado
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Enjoy!
